Bob Bonomo is the Founder & CEO of NextSTOP Consulting where he is responsible for Strategy, Talent Management & Client Engagements.

Bob is the creator of The Digital Pathfinder™ Model used by NextSTOP to maximize SMB opportunities and efficiencies by creating the teams, culture, technologies, and strategies required to drive their Digital Transformation.

Prior to his founding NextSTOP, Mr. Bonomo spent over 25 years on Wall Street designing, delivering, and managing innovative global systems, processes, and teams; from developer to CIO, he was a key transformation agent at Sanford C. Bernstein / Alliance Bernstein and OppenheimerFunds Inc.

After leaving Wall Street in 2009, Bob performed pro bono work for a dear college friend’s micro capitalism startup, serving the poorest of the poor in Madagascar, Africa.

In 2014, Bob was introduced to the world of blockchain, became Digital Currency Council certified, established a consulting practice, and has since become a thought leader and global speaker on disruptive technologies.

In another lifetime, Bob worked at JP Morgan, Moody’s Investors Service, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

He received a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University School of Engineering & Applied Science in 1981.
